Our Team
Jon Hemming

Unity Management was founded by Jon Hemming who identified a gap in the market that called for professional business consulting and support usually only available to multinational companies.
Having worked with management teams across a diverse range of industry sectors, Jon is a business development expert and has helped take numerous companies to the next level, increasing their performance, profits and valuation.
Since Unity Management's inception in 2007 Jon and the team have completed hundreds of strategic business plans for companies as diverse as national finance franchises, growing manufacturing businesses and media technology companies.
Jon enjoys helping business owners realise their potential and is passionate about the power of people and technology. Jon holds a Master of Business and Technology (MBT) from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) MBA (Executive) Program, with post-graduate qualifications in Strategic Planning (GDM) and Change Management (GCCM).
Margret Schuller
Margret has over 25 years experience in Business Development, covering the full spectrum from strategic sales and marketing strategy, through product and brand management, to corporate image and knowledge management.
She established several start-up bio-tech companies in Australia (e.g. Serotec, Novocastra, AB Biodisk). All are now as well established and profitable in Australia and NZ, as they are elsewhere in the world.
Margret is energetic and enjoys solving problems, executing ideas and following projects through to completion. She takes pleasure in spending time with her family and overseas travel.
Margret has a degree in Applied Science (BAppSc), and has been an active contributor to several peer-reviewed, clinical research publications. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is currently pursuing a PhD in Knowledge Management at Wollongong University.
