Jon Hemming

Founder and Principal

Focusing on strategic planning and profit improvement, Jon is an expert in identifying your businesses unique strategic advantage, increasing profits and improving the 'customer experience'.

Jon has a technical background in engineering and professional experience working with numerous businesses from a broad range of industries within the IT, finance, printing, digital media, design, recruitment, biotech, security, defence and broadcast engineering sectors.

Jon founded Unity Management to fill the gap in the market that called for professional business consulting and mentoring within the SME market usually only available to multinationals, at an affordable cost.

Jon holds a Master of Business and Technology (MBT UNSW) from the University of New South Wales. He attended the Australian Graduate School of Management MBA (Executive) Program and holds graduate diplomas in Business Management (GDM AGSM) and Change Management (GCCM AGSM).

 

Margret Schuller

BScApp MBA

Senior Consultant

Margret has over 25 years experience in Business Development, covering the full spectrum from Strategic Sales and Marketing Strategy, through Product and Brand Management, to Corporate Image and Knowledge Management. She has represented various national and international companies in Australia (e.g. Bio-Rad Laboratories, ALS, Serotec, Pharmacia and B.R.A.H.M.S.)

Margret’s technical expertise and problem solving skills have consistently achieved accelerated growth for companies and business units through innovation, determination and a strong focus on results. She established several start-up bio-tech companies in Australia (e.g. Serotec, Novocastra, AB Biodisk). All are now as well established and profitable in Australia and NZ, as they are elsewhere in the world. 

Margret has a degree in Applied Science, and has been an active contributor to several peer-reviewed, clinical research publications. She holds a Master of Business Administration, and has successfully completed courses in Advertising and Communication, Computerised Accounting, Business Research Methods, Winning Account Strategies, Situational Leadership for Sales Leaders, Smart Selling, and Understanding the Regulatory System. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Knowledge Management at Wollongong University.
